Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Technology Manager to join our Royal London Asset Management marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work in partnership with our Royal London Group Marketing Operations team and RLAM Client Group Services team. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding and managing a range of marketing technology / marketing operations platforms and tools, acting as a subject matter expert, overseeing the rollout & user adoption.

About the role

-Manage the implementation and user adoption of new marketing operations, events management and marketing automation tools.
-Partner with Royal London Group Brand & Marketing teams to ensure alignment, knowledge-sharing and collaboration between departments.
-Work closely with RLAM Client Group Services teams to support the rollout of sales enablement tools and platform, ensuring marketing content is managed efficiently and effectively.
-Build and manage relationships with outsourced marketing technology service providers ensuring they deliver to timescale and SLA.
 

About you

-Experience in a marketing operations / marketing technology role, ideally in asset management or financial services.
-Previous experience in implementing or working with new technology / marketing operations and event management tools and vendors including Optimizely CMP, Seismic, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or equivalent.
-Knowledge of investment products, including familiarity with a range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, property, cash, alternatives and an understanding of the various client types within the asset management business
-Strong project management and people engagement skills to support user adoption, implementation and integration of new technologies.
-Knowledge of Institutional and Wholesale client segments in the UK and internationally.
-Good analytical skills and ability to manipulate data.
