This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our office in Padulle di Sala Bolognese (BO) 2-3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Overview:

• supporta il Marketing Manager nella definizione e nell’implementazione delle attività di marketing

Responsibilities:

• Analisi dei mercati di riferimento, in particolare categorie make-up e colorazione per capelli a domicilio (monitoraggio di lanci, assortimenti, attività promozionali della concorrenza, pricing e materiali espositivi);
• Implementazione delle campagne Go-to-Market, con sviluppo di materiali di supporto (display, cataloghi, materiali POP, cartotecnica, ecc.);
• Gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e agenzie esterne, inclusi briefing, monitoraggio dell’avanzamento e chiusura dei progetti;
• Preparazione di presentazioni marketing rivolte alla forza vendita e ai clienti;
• Analisi dei dati di sell-in e sell-out per valutare le performance commerciali;
• Sviluppo di materiali di supporto per la forza vendita e la divisione Commerciale (listini, Canvas, ecc.);
• Supporto allo sviluppo dell’area merchandising make-up, attraverso il coordinamento con agenzie esterne: aggiornamento planogrammi, gestione nuove aperture e restyling dei punti vendita, miglioramento della brand visibility presso i principali retailer;
• Gestione dei piani promozionali trade, sviluppati su misura per i singoli clienti: definizione, condivisione, implementazione ed execution;
• Coordinamento, insieme al team, del piano social (Instagram e Facebook – @revlonitalia) e delle attività di comunicazione, con gestione delle agenzie esterne.
