The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position
The Specialist Marketing will execute cross-functional projects and marketing activities to drive brand awareness, traffic and activate local communities to increase the visibility of the Tommy Hilfiger brand across their respective territories.
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to

General team support across all marketing activities and delivery of activations across all channels

Work with local team to deliver elevated experiences and events in market
-
Maintenance of admin including seasonal calendars, trackers and planning files
-
Support on brand asset distribution ensuring brand guidelines are always adhered to across all channels.

Close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and aligned with Senior Manager Consumer Engagement to ensure smooth overall roll-out and execution of marketing plan within the framework provided by the Regional Marketing Team

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve set objectives and create a positive working environment

Support retail and wholesale with marketing requests and execution including delivery of special projects, e.g. campaign launches, pop ups or partner windows

Present marketing updates as and when required

Support on reporting on marketing campaign results and explore innovative ways to improve.

Support on budget management – raising PO’s and processing invoices
The Ideal Candidate
-
You’ll have 2-4 years of experience in marketing (ideally with digital) with a track record of delivering a variety of activations, initiatives and events (both brand and commercial) across full consumer journey

You’ll Stay Curious about trends and marketing; having a solid understanding of marketplace and consumer touchpoints
