– Team eventsYour Main DutiesSupport the Marketing Manager in:– Managing all online and offline content, ensuring consistency with the brand identity
– Planning and executing online and offline promotional campaigns by assisting the in-house graphics team in creating and managing promotional and advertising materials
– Coordinating with external suppliers, such as PR and media relations agencies, for reviewing press content (e.g., press releases and presentations), or partner agencies for producing promotional and advertising materials
– Organizing events, trade shows, PR and networking activities, and conferences
– Conducting photo and video shoots
– Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotels globally, and fostering external partnerships and collaborations aimed at strengthening the company’s brand awareness
– Coordinating and supporting the agency responsible for managing local social media profiles, while also being able to independently create and manage digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
– Analyzing the performance results of marketing campaigns and preparing detailed reports for managementYour Profile– BE YOURSELF – Be authentic and yourself
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
– Previous experience, even minimal, in marketing or communication roles within the tourism and hospitality sector
– Excellent knowledge of the main digital marketing tools and social media platforms and their dynamics
– Skills in writing and managing online and offline content
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Creativity and high precision with attention to detail
– Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
– Ability to work in a team and under pressure
– Good knowledge of major graphic tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) would be a plus
