Overview:We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the EMEA Regional Vascular Divisional Marketing Team.The primary purpose of this position is to project manage regional marketing and communication initiatives, while working closely with business management, market development and divisional support in the EMEA region and Global teams. You will be an important member of the marketing team, helping to support the entire vascular portfolio business in the EMEA region for Cook Medical. Responsibilities:Your main objectives

• Build and support the delivery of a regional marketing plan that drives measurable campaign outcomes in terms of reputation, relationships, and value for the region in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing
• Create impactful and effective plans and marketing programs that align with business goals through strong project management and a focus on key deliverables
• Plan, execute and monitor campaigns across all channels working closely with the respective teams inside the Division – but also other internal teams: Agency, Digital marketing, CRM, Communication, Meetings & Events
• Build regional communication plans supporting business and marketing activities

Your responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:

• Act as the project lead and support implementation of key initiatives from the regional marketing plan
• Measure and report campaign performance and propose optimizations to adapt campaigns against agreed outcomes to maximize value achieved
• Drive and own internal regional communication (editorial) plan
• Identify communication opportunities to gain feedback from sales team on marketing tools and materials
• Provide support and project management for regional external scientific meetings in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Activate global marketing initiatives regionally
• Collaborate with the internal agency to initiate projects for marketing campaigns and content
• Collaborate with digital marketing team, to analyze campaign data and provide reports to marketing managers
• Foster and maintain a workplace culture respectful and supportive of individual differences
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of a global organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communication, or business
• Around 2 – 5 years’ (or more) experience in marketing – from medical device, pharma or agency is preferred but not a requirement
• Demonstrated experience driving projects within a matrix organization
• Experience in developing project plans and managing marketing channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage and advise stakeholders of all levels and functions within the business, building trust and long-term relationships
• Fluency in English and must have effective oral and written communication skills
• Highly independent and a self-starter with a hands-on mentality
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness and availability to travel on company business
