Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Marketing Solution Lead Dermatology Belux who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create innovative solutions, to come join our fantastic Benelux Immunology Team to be based in Belgium.About the roleAs the Marketing Solution Lead you have a broad and variable role with a strong focus on omnichannel approach and implementation for all activities. You are driving the localization and implementation of the EU strategy and action plan in partnership with the medical lead and sales lead. And carry the accountability for alignment of all solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the Immunology Patient Value Unit Belgium & Luxembourg (iPVU Belux), either locally or EU initiated. In this role you are responsible for eco-system solutions/initiatives for Belux. The role as liaison between the EU Engine and the Belux eco-system in relation to coordination of all strategic, action and stakeholder plans. It is important to ensure a holistic approach to the iPVU Belux when delivering high level value for patients, HCPs, and Payers. And to build strong collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to the eco-system.Who you will work with:You are part of a team consisting of MSL’s and Healthcare Professional Partners. Furthermore, you partner and co-create with external stakeholders on key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems. And align with the responsible MSL (Medical Scientific Liaison), Medical Solution Lead and Medical Governance to ensure the highest scientific and compliant standards of the solutions deployed in the cluster. KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders, and Patient Associations and Agencies. You report to the Head of Immunology BeneluxWhat will you do:
- Provide the Belux iPVU with impactful patient value solutions for implementation;
- Localize centrally developed EU solutions for Belux in line with local eco-systems insights, requirements, and drivers (e.g. cross-border interaction with KOLs etc.);
- Partner Belux and co-create with external stakeholders’ key projects that will drive patient value in Belux;
- Initiate a thorough Omni-channel approach including digital solutions to all activities;
- Align with the Scientific Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in Belux
- Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the local iPVU team. Measure value and impact;
- Lead cross-functional development of the Patient Value Brand Plan;
- Share global strategies and EU priorities to LPVU team;
- Orchestrate iPVU on how to roll out EU solutions
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:
- You have worked in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare Immunology – Dermatology
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing required, or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets.
- You have a high level of work experience in business planning, tactical plan, and Omni-channel development and execution. Where you build strategic anchored cross functional solutions that will create Patient Value. You anticipate trends and interprets macroeconomic signals – maintaining a holistic perspective. Understands the stakeholder’s goals, objectives, and outcomes. Has a patient-value focus and drug life cycle understanding
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication. (Required languages English, Dutch and French nice to have
- You have been successful in delivering high of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers and launch experience
- Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams and cross functional project team’s leadership
- Positive mindset, can do mentality
