The role sits within the Marketing Services team and is responsible for building an effective and efficient agency ecosystem to support The Kitchen International. The Marketing Analyst will service business needs via a deep understanding of the advertising environment and emerging tools and technologies. This includes market overview for new services propositions, bringing them in as part of KHC agency infrastructure, building business cases, assessing performance and associating investments in the services of agencies and partners. The role reports to the Head of Marketing Services INTL and works in close collaboration with Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement.Key Ingredients:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Marketing Services Strategy, globally, including working with all Kitchens (In-House Agency) across KHC, ensuring a harmonized approach to achieving the strategic goals.
  • Developing KHC agency ecosystem with The Kitchen being an integral part of it, and defining objectives, resources, timelines, scope and agency collaboration criteria. Ensuring all parties are integrated to the KHC Tech stack.
  • Managing agency-related discussions and projects together with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement and IT to support marketing teams with the Kitchen.
  • Optimizing processes and simplifying administrative tasks across KHC agency ecosystem and The Kitchen, enabling and enhancing standard ways of working across the different zones to ensure efficiencies and alignment.
  • Setting up systems and processes so that the Kitchen functions per market, per zone and at a global scale, with multi-local agency ecosystems being aware of how Kitchen operates.
  • Managing all aspects of the budget for Kitchen International and Marketing services, including planning, tracking, financial controls, contracts and vendor management.
  • Involved in In-House recruitment and agency selection decisions as well as procurement of tech & tools, comparison of current tech stack vs. future need, review tools for scalability and performance tracking abilities.
  • Understanding opportunities for marketing efficiencies while striving for effectiveness across all requirements, ensuring utilization of key tools in the tech stack (DAM, Workflow tools, Font licensing, etc.).
  • Ensuring that the tech stack evolves with the needs of the Kitchens and marketing teams. Communicating and translating these needs into more technical requirements to ensure a tech stack that is up to date.

Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a Digital Agency, Digital Consulting, or within a Brand Marketing team with good understanding of Marketing, Digital, Technology environment.
  • Solid project management experience, with understanding of how complex processes and systems may be used with agility, and who loves to learn and get to the details of how things work
  • Strong finance and business acumen coupled with ability to work with multiple data sources and multi-layered analysis
  • Having a good understanding of the dynamics of the marketing industry
  • Experience of working with multi-market, multi-brand organizations is a plus, otherwise curious to understand the market nuances
  • Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills with good analytics and ability to influence
  • Team player and a self-starter, curious to learn and implement new, transformative ways of working, driving strategic alignment across organization.
  • Having adaptive mindset, being not afraid to take responsibility, get things done, while driving continuous change
  • Language Knowledge – English. Other languages a plus
