• Optimization of business processes and the introduction of new project management; methods to improve efficiency;
• Distribution of tasks between teams, coordination of work, and control of execution;
• Conduct research and preparing presentations;
• Fill the knowledge base Interaction with contractors: conduct online meetings, presentations, and reports;
• Conclusion of contracts with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management (2-5 years);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall);
• Experience with project documentation and reporting – Excellent communication skills to interact with team and customers;
• Conflict management and risk management;
• Ability to use project management tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project;
• High level of stress tolerance and the ability to solve complex problems in uncertain situations;
• Languages: Ukrainian native.
