  • Contributes to Local and EU Marketing Plan development and execution based on sound market as well as sales analysis,l ocal business strategies for new product launches, applications, technologies and/or defined customer segments, develops strategic parts of local marketing plan in alignment with Global and European marketing strategies.
  • Develops and implements local campaigns and leads generation projects in collaboration with the sales team
  • Conducts product/portfolio talks at external events and supports with conferences. Organization of congresses, scientific seminars, customer events.
  • Contributes to the development of product/portfolio training material as well as supports such internal/external trainings together with application specialists.
  • Active management of customer collaborations with KOLs, ß-testers and/or early adapter(s). Identifies opportunities for large scale and customized business and supports key account projects
  • Performs other marketing related duties that fall outside of the scope of the product portfolio but correspond with the knowledge and abilities

Qualifications

  • You hold a Masters or PhD in biology or related field.
  • Scientific background and marketing knowledge is crucial to the position. Understanding of cell-based therapies, onco-hematology and flow cytometry is a plus. Commercial focus desired.
  • Specific marketing skills: long-term relationship selling, mapping, planning
  • Excellent business communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Native Spanish.
  • Good command of Office package is required. CRM understanding is a plus.
  • You are a flexible person that can adapt to changing environment and a fast-paced job.
  • You are based in Madrid area and can travel occasionally.
