Qualifications and Background

  • 5+ years of work experience that developed strong analytical capabilities. Most of that time should be in a B2B or B2C organization.
  • You fluently speak the language of a marketer. From PPC to email automation, CVRs to CTR, A/B testing and more, you can dive into the deep end from day 1 and swim with your marketing colleagues.
  • You have hands-on experience with marketing automation.
  • You exhibit strength in translating data into actionable insights.
  • You have a bias for action. We are building a rocket ship and we need people who want to build.
  • You are an expert at building a plan and driving results. You openly communicate your progress, you seek solutions to obstacles, and you take pride in delivering excellent work.
  • You have experience in generating documentation for processes.
  • You engage with members of various teams and employ empathy and a service mindset to develop strong relationships.
  • You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • You are dedicated to personal growth. You know that you don’t know it all and you relish opportunities to develop new skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with channel sales.
  • Experience working with PowerBI and/or data warehouses.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, engage with end users, and drive results.
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce including all standard objects, but with plenty of experience working with the campaign object, campaign influence, Analytics Studio, or some combination.
  • Experience using or supporting Pardot/MCAE. Experience with other marketing platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, and HubSpot will be considered.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel to perform analysis (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are table stakes, you use this program like a skilled chef)
  • Knack for distilling simple explanations from complex inputs.
  • Experience with a data visualization tool like Tableau or Looker.

Desirable:

  • Experience working at a consulting firm or in a consulting-type role
  • Comfort speaking to C-level employees
  • SQL skills
  • Experience with Visio

As a MarOps Analyst you will support our sales and marketing teams around the world as they focus on lead creation. From researching campaign specifics (being in the weeds) to helping to form strategy to support our growth (flying at 30,000 feet) you are a flexible and detailed planner, an expert communicator, and a top-notch analyst.
