Job Core Responsibilities
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing the strategic objectives and sales target of all the brands commercialized managing the available budget to execute tactics that best support the realization of the objectives.
Manages strategic direction of brands that contribute to affiliate sales.
Description of Responsibilities
Main tasks include:

Brand Plan Development – develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but is not limited to, scientific detailing to HCP targets, and supporting activities to sales. Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive market results.

Market Analysis – perform data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to better understand market trends and dynamics. Define action plan and drive execution across the organization.

Business Forecasting – work with sales, demand planning, and distributors to generate accurate volume forecasts.

Sales Force Interaction – provide sales force with promotional materials for scientific detailing to HCPs as appropriate for the brand.

Follow all required training programs and have a solid understanding of and compliance with company, divisional and affiliate policies, and procedures.

Budget and Sales Responsibilities

Knowledge and Experience
Degree in science, marketing, or business with strong expertise in pharmaceutical companies

Analytical – ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans.

Financial – Understands and interprets P&L and balance sheets.

Superior Critical Thinking and Problem Solving – resourceful at achieving objectives/ results despite obstacles. Able to sort through complex data to identify the core issues and develop a plan of action to resolve them.

Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style. Ability to build strong relationships with agency, cross-functional teams, and vendors.

Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork.

Strong grasp of spoken and written English
Working knowledge of standard software packages with regards to word processing and spreadsheet applications
