This role requires a deep understanding of the Creative Industries, including fields such as architecture, design, interior design, UX, visual arts, fashion, and more, along with strong marketing expertise. We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities:Your role as a Marketing Manager – Design & Architecture Programs will involve:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans specifically for design and architecture programs, aligning with overall strategic goals.
  • Work closely with academic departments to understand the unique offerings of design and architecture programs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for design and architecture programs.
  • Manage the marketing budget for design and architecture programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and value generation.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of program benefits and unique selling points across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the successful launching of new design and architecture programs, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for design and architecture programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other program marketers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies across all programs.
  • Implement efficient working methodologies to enhance agility and deliver optimal marketing results.
  • Foster and strengthen collaborative dynamics between all commercial departments involved in the marketing and selling of design and architecture programs, ensuring alignment and synergy.

Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Master’s degree from a top university in Architecture, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or the design/architecture industry.
  • Marketing professional experience in an architecture or design studio, or academic study in architecture/design.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Industry expertise in the design and architecture field.
