The Marketing Manager, Account Based Marketing (1 to1) leads cross-functional Account Based Experience (ABX) teams to develop and execute strategic account-based marketing programs for Hach’s most important customers with advanced relationships (partnerships and strategic alliances). This involves a close partnership with the Key Account Sales team in region. The primary goal is to increase the connections and capitalize on co-value creation opportunities between Hach and these partners in order to secure long-term business. Reporting to the Manager, EU Marketing Campaigns, this individual leads a multifaceted day, where, data-driven decision-making, critical thinking, experimentation, cross-organizational culture-bridging, communications management and a customer-focused mindset are crucial to success. This individual will regularly collaborate and liaise with sales and marketing teams, product managers, service and support teams, technical experts, amongst other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Utilize Account Based Marketing (ABM) standard work to lead the team in gathering important account intel, map customer journey and personas, create account value propositions, and formulate short term and long term ABX plans.

Drive commercialization of new products into the respective strategic business segment globally.

Execute marketing campaigns in support of driving revenue and long term partnership growth with key accounts

Gather “voice of the customer” to guide customer-focused strategy

Update and report on KPIs and hold the team accountable to our goals
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree required, additional advanced degree in Marketing or MBA desired
-
Experience in Account Based Marketing a bonus
-
5+ years with relevant experience in marketing

Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and implement strategic business plan, experience being successful in a large, highly matrixed organization

Strong planning, organization, listening and communication skills, ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
