Job Purpose

As part of a broad cross-functional team, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the Brand Team in the development and execution of the Softeners & Cleaners brand plans related to the innovation & digital strategy, to help achieve the brands’ short and long term business objectives. 

Main Responsibilities

Brand marketing / Innovation support (50%)

-Perform market trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, competitive analysis, market share analysis

-Develop data-driven, consumer-centric new concepts recommendations

-Coordinate Internal & External Engagement support to Brand teams and Hubs, assisting in trade stories development & support plans

-Lead the trade samples process of all innovation initiatives

 

Digitally Accelerate Brand Strategies (50%)

-Bring to life the brand digital strategy by leading the e-commerce content development for innovation, incl SEO, ecom toolkit, A+ for amazon.

-Assess the brand websites’ website performance and lead their maintenance. Brief & coordinate the creative agencies and oversee the localization with hubs.

 

Key Competencies 

-Passionate, motivated university student who has completed the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business/Economics 

-Fluent in English, other European languages would be a plus

-Team work spirit, curiosity, energy and positive attitude. Flexibility to adapt and to manage ambiguity.

-Creative thinking, highly organized, with ability to work across cultures and in remote teams. 

-Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams

-Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned

-Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets, good analytical skills

-Good working understanding of key marketing concepts

-Self-starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently

-Knowledge of Google suite and Microsoft Office products is required

-A previous experience in a marketing function will be considered a plus
