Marketing Intern – Curricular Internship

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of

Hilton Milan presence both online, media and sales.

The intern will complete this internship with:

• An understanding of content marketing and public relations practices;
• An understanding of email marketing;
• An understanding of how, where and why content and public relations fit into a brand’s
• marketing strategy;
• An understanding of how to use online platforms to collaborate with relevant individuals.
• An understanding of how to creatively create content.

Main role responsibilities:

• Provide competitive research and analysis support;
• Assist with implementation of multichannel marketing and ecommerce campaigns;
• Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns;
• Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print;
• Assist with the content maintenance of the brand website and OTAs;
• Work with various databases;
• Assist with the production of ad hoc reports and presentations;
• Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities;
• Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events;
• Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry;
• Positive attitude and good communication skills;
• Excellent grooming standards;
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team;
• Competent level of IT proficiency and Social Media;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of Italian.
