Key Responsibilities

To support the implementation of the full spectrum of marketing activities covering brand awareness, demand generation, digital, social and channel marketing that are aligned to CommScope business and sales objectives for your assigned area of responsibility under the leadership of the Manager of Broadband EMEA.

-Work closely with Field Sales, Distribution/Channel Sales, Field Application Engineering, Product Line Management, and other relevant stakeholders to project manage and implement marketing programs for the region that are aligned to the business objectives.
-Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager on the implementation of the marketing plan for the assigned countries ensuring alignment with business and sales goals.
-Work closely with the Corporate Brand team to advocate and implement global brand strategy and guidelines.
-Support campaign execution leveraging multiple demand generation channels including in-bound and outbound marketing, event management, digital/online marketing, etc.
-Collaborate with distribution/channel team, local distributors and partners to drive regional channel marketing programs through the local distribution, partners and key alliances, complementing the global/regional programs (such as CMP) already in place.
-Development and/or localization of sales enablement tools including presentations, collateral, regional success stories etc.
-Manage inventory for collaterals and giveaways.
 

Required Qualifications

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
-Communication skills: clear written and verbal English; able to work with cross-functional teams.
-Strong analytical and project management skills
-Excel
-PowerPoint (presentations and collateral creation)
-Independent, self-starter, positive attitude, reliable and organized
-Demonstrate multi-tasking skills, creativity, and initiative
 

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in broadband infrastructure or telecommunications
-Equivalent work experience acceptable, namely exposure to events management or collateral development
-European language skills for regional engagement are a plus
