Key Responsibilities:

What will you gain exposure to?

During your time in Marketing Data and Insights, you will play an important part in transforming how data is used to influence decisions and impact business performance, using advanced data segmentation and statistical methods to support global business objectives. You will learn and develop an understanding of the value of different datasets for segmentation and how to tailor the communication of analysis within a global organisation to achieve the maximum business effect.

During your time in Performance Marketing, you will be exposed to areas of responsibility such as effective planning, development, delivery and optimisation of end-to-end campaigns that increase awareness and engagement to drive new customer growth. Through highly relevant and engaging campaigns, the Team drive demand generation across multiple channels with focus on conversion through the marketing funnel.

During your time in Brand Integrated Campaigns Team, you will be exposed to areas of responsibility such as integrated campaigns for Sage’s products and Regional Markets, based on Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing inputs such as Behavioural and Attitudinal Customer Segmentation, Econometrics, Product and Regional Growth Plans, Value Proposition Calendars and Go To Market Blueprints. The creation of integrated campaigns includes all advertising assets across the entire funnel as well as all other assets (landing pages, content, etc.) across all relevant marketing GTM motions (eCommerce/scaled acquisition, Partner, ABM).

During your time in Performance Marketing, you will be exposed to areas of responsibility such as effective planning, development, delivery and optimisation of end-to-end digital campaigns that increase engagement and demand to drive new customer growth. Through highly relevant and engaging digital programs, the Campaign Team drive multi-media acquisition and management across display, programmatic, social and search to drive awareness and conversion across the marketing funnel.
