Role: Marketing Executive- Myprotein China

Reporting to: Country Manager – China

Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Fully office based

Why be an Marketing Executive at THG?

As an Marketing Executive for Myprotein China at THG, you will play a key role in leading our efforts in influencer marketing and event management in the China market. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth through creative campaigns and impactful collaborations.

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll:

• Ownership and responsibility of Myprotein’s influencer channel in China, mainly on Bilibili and Douyin, to drive consistent incremental revenue growth and brand visibility in China
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and content creators.
• Negotiate collaborations and campaigns with influencers, track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, leveraging data to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the influencer and social media landscape in China.
• Take initiatives to explore offline marketing opportunities for Myprotein China to increase brand visibility and intimacy and to create buzz.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including trading team, central influencer and brand team to ensure seamless and brand-aligned campaign execution.
• Prepare detailed reports on channel monthly and campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Native Chinese, fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Degree-qualified and strong academic record
• Experience with China influencer marketing- preferred
• Experience within e-commerce preferred
• Strong interest in the Sports Nutrition / Fitness industry
• Ambitious and prepared to take on responsibility
• Commercially astute and intelligent
• Strong communication skills
