You’ll develop and execute email marketing campaigns, wield data analysis to optimize strategies, and manage marketing initiatives. This role is all about crafting customer journeys, coordinating engagement activities, and promoting our popular webinar series.You’re a Perfect Fit If…You’re a digital native who breathes data analysis. You have a proven track record of learning from past campaigns and continuously improving performance.Marketing technologies are your playground. You have experience with email marketing platforms like Eloqua, CMS systems, and analytics tools.Here’s What You’ll DoCollaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute a winning digital marketing campaign plan.Become an email marketing maestro using Eloqua to create and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and data-driven optimization.Develop strategic marketing plans across all channels to drive registration for our webinars.Lead the digital marketing team, monitoring campaign delivery and optimizing performance based on insights.Provide clear briefs for copywriters and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging.Become a customer journey guru, monitoring and developing touchpoints across all channels. You’ll also contribute to building customer personas.Own data plans, segmentation, and analysis, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.Develop comprehensive testing plans to refine and optimize various campaigns.Track and report on campaign effectiveness against set targets, constantly seeking to improve results.QualificationsQualities We ValueYou thrive in international, matrix organizations.Data is your compass – you can draw clear conclusions and present them effectively.Email automation?
