Job Overview:  
Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Director, the Customer Marketing’s mission is to deliver great customer experiences to influence Customer development, Retention and Advocacy in a scalable and agile way across the Nordic countries.

The Marketing specialist is responsible for the yearly planning, executing and reporting on innovative and omnichannel marketing programs to drive Customer growth. 

Working together with our regional marketing managers and partnering with different areas across the organizations like Client Success Partners, Sales Executives, Product Marketing, Global MarComs, Global Marketing Operations, Web Development and Global Social and in-country SAP marketing teams, he/she will be expected to drive successful marketing programs for his/her market segment.

This service oriented, goal driven marketer is passioned about creating programs with relevant content to ensure a great customer experience, drive and nurture leads; build customer pipelines; to enable sales teams to exceed their quotas. He/she has a proven success running data-driven marketing mindset that delivers measurable revenue growth; and a track record of collaborating with sales to deliver the marketing tools they need to win.

Position Requirements: 

-Minimum 4 to 6 years of marketing execution experience preferably within customer marketing.
-Working in a multi-national company in matrix organizations
-Experience working with sales and other stakeholders 
-Experience in B2B marketing
-Experience in the IT industry
-Experience with MS Office applications, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), content and calendar management tools, analytics and campaign tracking tools (Tableau).
-Fluent in English and a Nordic language.

-Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, have high energy, a can-do mentality, ambitious and self-motivated

-Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, events and projects
-Ability to create compelling content required in an overall demand creation approach
