Discover your experience as an Insight Specialist CEE
The purpose of this role is to support the business, enabling data driven decision for the commercial agenda, analyzing information from multiple sources and presenting coherent insights.  
The role is part of CEE Regional team and will be responsible for generating insights, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize business performance, working extensively with various datasets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
This role will work with many different teams across the business (both local, regional, divisional) to gather, explore and analyze data from all relevant internal and external data sources.

More about your role: 

•    Monthly Reporting and KPIs tracking: Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly reports detailing key business metrics, sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to sales, market share, and other business drivers to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate and support with data and analysis cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, innovations etc.
•    Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
•    Dashboard Development: Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize data and facilitate decision-making processes.
•    Forecasting and Planning: Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual business plans by leveraging historical data and market insights.
•    Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required to support business inquiries, special projects, or management requests.

This role is crafted for you if have:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field;
•    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role within FMCG industry;
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or a similar data visualization tools;
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights;
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work;
•    Familiarity with FMCG Industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior is a plus.
•    Fluent in English – both verbal & written.
