You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our BI infrastructure, overseeing data governance as well as driving actionable insights and making direct impact on efficiency of marketing expenditures.LocationRemote from Austria, Germany, Spain.Your Role in Our Journey

  • Partner closely with Marketing leaders and stakeholders to shape the marketing strategy through data-driven insights and impactful analysis.
  • Provide and present reports that are actionable for business departments and support the decision making process.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers, support and mentor colleagues within Data & business teams to build, maintain and improve the set of current dashboards applying best Business Intelligence practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, organize and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
  • Design and develop Data Models that empowers end users to answer their own questions.
  • Drive adaptation of new tools & technologies in BI area to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data governance framework.

Your impact

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst or related role.
  • Strong Marketing analytics background, with proven experience in digital marketing projects. Experience in attribution modeling is a plus.
  • Proven proficiency in SQL, with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes. Experience with DBT and Amazon Web Services or other cloud computer platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and organizational qualities.
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
