  • Gather, clean, and sort data through methods like website analysis, data export from various sources such as our internal platforms or surveys to help guide the decisions of the marketing team
  • Reviewing marketing campaign results (like reach, engagement, leads, onboardings, revenue increase etc) to improve campaign performance
  • Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns and put together reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Use tools to understand current customers and find new ones
  • Research competitors, market conditions and consumer demographics
  • Convert complex data findings into understandable text, tables, graphs and/or data visualizations
  • Work with internal department (sales, product) to present clear reportings to management
  • Research customers’ opinions, buying habits, preferences, wants and needs
  • Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends, highlighting opportunities for new initiatives and promotions

Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Proven skills in Adobe Analytics, Business Intelligence (Power BI), proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
  • Data mining & visualization as well as survey/query software
  • Knowledge of intelligent marketing analytics platforms and Salesforce
  • Understanding of digital and performance marketing activities (channels, KPIs etc.)
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of digital marketing, ideally in international companies or marketing agencies and in managing annual budgets
  • Ideally have a Bachelor level qualification (or equivalent and experience) with a major in Marketing, Media or Digital Strategy
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering effective digital marketing strategies with a digital sales funnel
  • Flexible, team- and goal-oriented person to whom quality is important and who likes to work independently and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) required (C1 and higher); German language skills are advantageous
  • Motivated team player working across borders
