Marketing Coordinator in Warrington, United Kingdom

We are now recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join us for a 6 month period at our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

The successful person will perform routine but varied marketing and communication coordination and admin duties in accordance with standard procedures. Maintain records, data bases, prepare forms, verify information, and resolve routine problems.

Specific duties may be in one or more of the following areas:

Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and ensuring coordination of marketing and communications projects.

Interface with wider Amentum colleagues, customers and partners to provide status reports and information as required.

Liaise with external suppliers for example, graphics support, printing, event management.

Maintaining the central events calendar.

Folder and document management.

Managing incoming enquiries from the website.

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.

• Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills essential.

• Requires knowledge of Office 365 suite of applications; knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe design software is desirable.

• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Based in Birchwood, Warrington. Travel may be required on occasion.
