We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator focused on Education & Technology , to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Marketing and Sales Function of Smart Infrastructures .

Your Challenge

As Marketing Coordinator – Education & Technology, your activities will be to:

• Collaborate with internal and external partners, schools and universities to identify Educational opportunities, facilitating connections and ensuring effective implementation of initiatives, fostering our technologies, in order to facilitate technical training for teachers and experts regarding Siemens portfolio (such as the implementation of innovative laboratories and related facilities with Siemens solutions and products). Encourage and implement new and innovative approaches to educational initiatives. The candidate will have the opportunity to propose creative solutions.

• Advocate for technological culture in universities and technical schools, such as ITS, or secondary technical schools, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams of Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries, to deploy marketing events and services.

• Build and enhance a network of educational institutions, driving outreach and fostering relationships, providing a strong cross-business consultancy about education opportunities in the market, lead and coordinate these connections, approve and deliver the implementation that can lead to future sales and partnerships.

• Conduct market research to boost Educational strategic initiatives. Monitor results, and build effective plans, events, projects and programs, adopting and implementing marketing guidelines to position our technologies and solutions.Ensure an effective process for identifying and analyzing industry and local technical regulations and standards, as well as their compliance within the company’s strategic businesses. Play an active role in external organizations in the regulatory field.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Education background in Marketing or Engineering or equivalent.

• Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.

• Experience in educational technology marketing or project/product management with a strong knowledge of Infrastructure businesses and technologies.

• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various partners.

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Eligibility to work in Italy
