Le site de Saint Bonnet de Mure (69) est spécialisé dans la fabrication de fusibles spéciaux et de protection de semi-conducteurs, de fusibles et appareillage fusibles. Le site intègre également sa plateforme européenne de distribution d’où sont expédiés les produits Mersen vers l’Europe et le Monde.Main duties

• Defines the architecture of the website and its content (in coordination with BUs and countries) according to the Group’s strategy, user expectations and evolutions in web usage.

Assessment indicator : Website validation by the relevant managers and departments

• Defines the content and strategy of social networks pages according to the needs and usage related to the Group’s practices and values.

Assessment indicator : Validation by the management and the departments concerned

• Manages the website and social networks: gathering information, drafting text, developing content, updating sections and pages in accordance with the Group’s practices and values.

Assessment indicator : Relevance of information posted online

• Defines and ensures the training of country webmasters on the CMS (Content Management System), the uses and best practices of the web and SEO.

Assessment indicator : Satisfaction and autonomy of webmasters

• Manages interactivity linked to the Group’s presence on the internet: manages the monitoring of business contacts and ensures community management on social networks. .

Assessment indicator : Processing requests and comments on social networks

• Monitors website hosting and checks the Group websites’ security with the Group VP IS.

Assessment indicator : Website availability rates

• Ensures the integrity of the website (s) and social networks.

Assessment indicator : Response time on social networks

• Manages SEO (search engine optimization), monitors the position of the website in search engines.

Assessment indicator : Website traffic for Mersen websites

• Undertakes benchmarks on web sites in the same sector of activity and on web trends (techniques and marketing). Informs the Web and Social Network Manager if necessary.

Assessment indicator : Comparisons with other websites

• Makes sure that web and social networks policy is applied at the country level.
