You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience: (MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME): Must have experience with clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position; Must possess an adequate degree of proficiency in typing methods using word processing equipment, software, and social media platforms; AND Must have experience interfacing effectively with customers.
