Your opportunity
The EMEA & LatAm Channel Marketing team is responsible for building the Janus Henderson brand, raising product awareness and helping to drive sales in tandem with the firm’s sales operation. The team is tasked with using all aspects of the marketing mix and is responsible for marketing to intermediated, wholesale and institutional segments across the UK, continental Europe and Latin America. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing strategy primarily in the Benelux & Nordics, as well as support for DACH when required.

Work with the wider marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and advertising activities

Work with compliance to ensure that all marketing materials are compliant with all regulatory and reporting requirements

Support digital communications, working closely with the sales teams and the digital teams

Support the translation process where appropriate

website maintenance, review the regional sites and ensure they are current and up to date

Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver timely accurate analytics – measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities: compile performance metrics across all our campaign activities, analyse and improve upon key metrics

Provide support with industry events as required (e.g., marketing materials, banners, merchandise etc.)

Manage and track invoices within marketing budget

Understand brand, regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements

Must have skills
-
Some experience in a marketing or administrative role
-
Good knowledge of the asset management industry and investment products
-
Able to work independently on small and moderately complex projects
-
Planning and project management skills
-
Experience using marketing automation / work flow and email marketing tools.

Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills

Enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work effectively with different people and departments

Understand the need to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations

Excellent attention to detail
