This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a natural ability & interest in marketing to gain exposure to a variety of marketing channels within a fast-paced, leading hotel in the West End of London.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all areas within the Marketing Team, from idea generation, content creation, copywriting and partnerships.

Alongside gaining experience in those key areas, you will complete a Marketing Apprenticeship.

• Support the Marketing Team on a range of exciting tasks across all areas of the business and provide general admin assistance in support of key projects and initiatives
• Design all creative materials and support the other departments within the hotel with collateral, using Canva as the main design platform
• Assist with copywriting and schedule all communications and newsletters using MailChimp.
• Assist with content creation and lead photoshoots where applicable
• Assist with social media reporting, scheduling, liaising with influencers and monitoring analytics, working closely with the Social Media Executive
• Maintain the hotel’s online presence on Hilton.com, 3rd party websites, microsites and responding to reviews
• Track and monitor the merchandise inventory
• Manage communications through email and by telephone for all internal and external customers
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and regularly liaise with other departments within the hotel

About You

• You’ve got strong communication skills and are a team player with a willingness to learn and are able to build strong working relationships with your colleagues
• You’re passionate about marketing and can demonstrate projects you have or would like to be involved in
• You’re flexible and have an adaptable working style with an ability to learn quickly, use initiative, multitask and think on your feet
• You demonstrate creativity and can generate new ideas, providing an insight into new trends
• You’re an avid user of social media and a lover of content, and like to come up with new ideas for how content is created/displayed

• While not mandatory, showcasing the following abilities and qualities would be highly beneficial in this role:

• Experience in the hospitality sector

• Experience of using Canva, iMovie and Mailchimp
• Experience in photography and videography
