Position overview

As part of our mission to develop innovative chemistry for all nex-t generations, allnex is in continuous search of innovation and growth opportunities. Our corporate development team is supporting our long-term strategy, by developing a portfolio of strategic projects and by evaluating new business opportunities to support business teams in decision making. In order to remain a frontrunner in responding to market trends, we are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst for the Mobility & Transportation (M&T) segment.
In this role, you will be the key person to transform market knowledge and ideas into market insights and validated initiatives for the M&T segment. You will collaborate in a global matrix team, including innovation, technical and sales experts to help us achieve key business goals. You’ll gain hands-on experience with global strategy initiatives, providing the skills and experiences necessary to progress within our organization.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain a global market factbook for M&T subsegments to support strategic decisions.
-Analyze global market opportunities with clear quantitative and qualitative insights for decision-makers.
-Define and outline allnex strategic focus within the market.
-Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships and innovation collaborations.
-Create segment strategies for new solutions aligned with regional business goals.
-Coordinate and streamline information exchange with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills and experience
-3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or industry research.
-Skilled in collecting and consolidating B2B industry information; experience in specialty chemicals or M&T markets is a plus.
-Strong analytical and conceptual thinker with a passion for developing B2B business insights.
-A collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional, international settings; project management experience preferred.
-Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
-Excellent influencing and communication skills.
-Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
-Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field (e.g. market research, economics,…).
