We are currently looking for a Marketing Activation Manager to join our Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business segment. This role will report to the Director & Head of Marketing, DAS EMEIA. This role offers the chance to grow your expertise in cross-cultural marketing and communications, leading campaigns across diverse target groups and geographies within a global organization. Ideally, you’ll join our team in Berlin, Germany.

What you would do as our Marketing Activation Manager, DAS EMEIA

As Marketing Activation Manager in our DAS EMEIA Marketing team, you’ll drive the implementation of international campaigns to support our business growth. You will localize centrally developed assets and oversee roll-out activities across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Collaborate with business development, product, and marketing experts to manage our roll-out roadmap, ensuring effective local activation and lead-generation efforts. Promote internal adoption, collect feedback, drive execution, and track results to optimize investments and creative output. As the go-to expert for planning and executing campaigns, you will be the primary contact for our local marketing teams.

Your focus will be on delivering marketing plans and activities to grow our business, considering local market needs and organizational objectives, including:

  • Coordinate the roll-out of centrally developed product launch campaigns, industry verticals, and thought leadership content

  • Support local marketers with translation, localization, campaign implementation, and other go-to-market activities

  • Establish and drive implementation of KPIs for local activities and roll-outs

  • Collect and integrate feedback from local teams on content quality and market relevance

  • Optimize our online presence and digital lead generation activities

  • Support regional trade shows, events, and webinars

  • Approve materials in accordance with brand guidelines

    The skills and experience you need

    Experiences we value:

  • Proven B2B marketing track record with complex products and lead generation

  • Skilled at turning strategic plans into detailed, budget-conscious actions

  • Proactive and efficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Significant demonstratable and relevant experience, preferably in international B2B business or agency

  • Experience in security, building management, or building materials is a plus

    You will be a results-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a strong desire to implement innovative ideas. Your natural talent for effective communication will enable you to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and resilience.
