About the role

• SOLVAir Global Business Development team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Business Unit Bicarbonate and Derivatives of the GBU Soda Ash and focuses on Developing SOLVAir Sales in flue gas cleaning in collaboration with the sales force.

• As a Technical Marketing Specialist SOLVAirⓇ, you will work on bringing technical expertise in flue gas treatment, developing the convincing sales speech and communication tools to support Sales teams globally. You will get the opportunity to contribute to increase sales in the flue gas cleaning application and have a positive impact on the roadmap.

• You will be accountable for:

o Bringing SOLVAir technical expertise in Flue gas cleaning to engineering companies, partners and customers, negotiating partnership agreements to meet objectives

o Supporting sales to convince customers to use our products

o Develop value propositions for SOLVAir products, market strategy, and challenge existing ones.

o Improving our communication tools to be more convincing

o Checking competing technologies

• We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid onsite and home office plus travels working mode.

About you

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering.

• Relevant work experience in 5 + Years of experience in Industrial or Energy related fields..

• Competencies:

o Fluency in French and English, another language is a plus

o Proven track record in driving successful results even without direct authority.

o Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and bring innovative new ideas.

o Track record of meeting/exceeding objectives.

o Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities as well as ability to synthesize ideas

• Behaviors:

o Customer oriented

o Strong collaboration and team-building skills in an international and multi-functional environment.

o Excellent communication and influencing skills

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is 65000 to 82000 €, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
