Help us shape the future of dermatological care and be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence!About the roleAs the Market Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market development strategy, ensuring access to treatment, creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and enhance disease awareness to improve patient outcomes across the Nordics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies, engage with healthcare professionals, and enhance patient access to our innovative therapies.Who you will work with:In this role you work closely with the Head of Immunology Nordics, Marketing & Medical Leads, Medical Scientific Liaisons, Market Access Lead and HCP Partners within the Nordics and coordinate these processes and activities. You will build partnerships and long-term relationships with the various stakeholders. Furthermore, you provide support to the KOL’s and project development across indications and countries. Reporting to Head of Immunology Nordic.What will you do:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive market development strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including patient journey mapping and competitive landscape, and healthcare ecosystem evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals/Center of Excellence, patient advocacy groups, policymakers, and industry partners in close collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Access & External Engagement Teams.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase patient access and product adoption for biologic treatments.
- Develop patient and healthcare professional engagement initiatives to raise disease awareness
- Collaborate with global, EU and Nordic teams to ensure alignment on market strategy and share best practices.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s /master’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Several years of experience in market / business development, or commercial roles in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystems (reimbursement, patient access, regulatory environments)
- Market strategy development and execution in complex healthcare settings.
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Working cross-functional and global environment, influencing without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability of leveraging market data for decisions.
- Experience with mapping and planning, tactical plan development and execution
- Languages: for this role fluent in English & Swedish or Danish is required
