Our client is an international, leading supplier of compressor technique equipment and service. Compressor solutions offered by the company are a key part of most industries: electronics, food production, pharmaceutical, automotive, infrastructure and many more. Due to the further expansion of the business we are looking for a professional to take on the challenging role of :Market Analysis and Communication ManagerPlace of work: WarsawPosition mission– To be the CRM Lead and Master Expert in data analysis, following updates of the platform with compressor technique divisions and building competence in sales & marketing roles
– To adjust Compressor Technique marketing strategy in Poland and to execute regional and local marketing activities
– To collaborate with sales management teams, to define market needs, marketing strategies, to monitor market share and competitor activity and actively implement this into the organization via the Business Line Managers and Sales Managers
– To implement and follow up Group’s policies and guidelines with regards to communication with all stakeholdersBasic responsibilities and objectivesWork is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:– Being the CRM Lead and Master Expert in data analysis, following updates of the platform with Compressor Technique Divisions and building competence in sales & marketing roles
– Collaborating with Management (General Manager (GM), Business Line Managers (BLMs), Sales Managers (SMs) in identifying reporting needs and developing necessary customizations
– Monitoring the market and competition and develops leads’ generation for the sales teams within C4C (cloud for customer) through promotional campaigns, internet business, market/customer data, connectivity leads etc.
– Analyzing sales process reports (sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement
– Assisting Sales teams, Business Line Managers and Sales Managers with sales reporting and sales territory planning
– Training, coaching, and supporting all the sales teams to reach excellence in the use of C4C
– Driving Customer Satisfaction Monitoring System (NPS) interfacing with GM, BLMs, SMs
– Creating and implementing social media strategy and plans and maintaining a strong online company voice through social media
– Participating in seminars, exhibitions and contributing to other marketing activities when required
– Developing Web site, online and e – commerce activities
– Consolidating marketing and communications plans and activities and being accountable for the overall marketing & communications budget
– Supporting BLMs and SMs in new product launch and creation of product campaigns
– Coordinating of marketing & communication activities in collaboration with local Marketing/Communication Specialists (newsletters, company events, employer branding, etc.)RequirementsExperience Requirements– Strong experience in market data analysis
– Prior work experience in B2B field sales or sales support is a plus
– Proven track record in initiating and managing Digital Marketing campaigns
– Exposed to digital marketing activities (web page & social media management)Knowledge and know-how– CRM/ERP platform user with experience in data export and analysis
– User of Power BI is a big plus
– Advanced user of MS Office 365 and eager to learn and implement new systems
– Native speaker of Polish language and advanced command of English
– Advanced presentation skillsEducational requirementsAcademic qualification in market research, statistics, computer science, math’s or marketingPersonality Requirements– Strategic and analytical thinking
