Our client, a fast-growing medical software scale-up, is seeking a specialist to own and build their market access and reimbursement strategy for an innovative CE x2011;marked SaMD. You will drive how this Class IIa solution is funded and adopted across the Netherlands, UK and wider EU, while working cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial and Product teams and gaining direct exposure to senior leadership.

Role Responsibilities

* Design and execute market access and reimbursement strategy for an AI medical software, starting in the Netherlands and expanding across key EU markets.
* Develop and defend health economic evidence, including cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models aligned with HTA and payer expectations.
* Lead payer, HTA and KOL engagement, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure sustainable reimbursement and adoption.

Requirements

* 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, reimbursement or health economics within medical devices, digital health or pharmaceuticals.
* Proven expertise in the Dutch reimbursement system, ideally with experience in UK and/or broader EU environments.
* Fluent level in Dutch and English.
