Your new role

The Market Access Manager has a key role in developing, shaping, and driving the strategy

and tactics of the products to ensure successful launches & access optimization. Key responsibilities:

-In alignment with global direction and framed in the cross-functional team, ensure that Market Access perspectives are reflected in the Therapeutic Area Development Plan and business decisions. 

-Strategic Analysis and Market Intelligence: actively monitor legislative and healthcare environment, analyse competitors, understand customers’ perception.
-Evidence Generation & HEOR: define the RWE strategy and address the evidence gaps to support the value story of future portfolio. Develop local adaptation of economic models and value dossier.
-Value Communication & Health Technology Assessment: develop local value narrative, dossiers, materials and tools for payers and decision makers.

Your new department

You will join the Novo Nordisk Spain MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs) unit, reporting to the Market Access Senior Manager. The MAPA team engages diverse stakeholders across political and healthcare landscapes to forge sustainable solutions that drive patient access to innovative products. You’ll also be part of regional and global teams that set the strategic direction for our future portfolio, connecting local insights with worldwide impact.

Your skills & qualifications

-Master’s Degree in Life Science, Health Economics, or other relevant sciences.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry gained from a national Market Access role (market access & pricing, payer & decision makers engagement, HEOR, customer value proposition…)
-Experience and knowledge in the Spanish healthcare landscape is an advantage.
-Fluent English and Spanish
As a person, you are a strong collaborator and communicator. You enjoy being part of a cross-functional team and working with multiple stakeholders.
