Market Access Manager

My client is a leading consultancy in the pharmaceutical industry supporting the entire product lifecycle including market access and HEOR. They are searching for a Market Access Manager to be based out of their Belgium office and support Market Access initiatives across the Dutch market.Your Job

• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislations in Market Access.
• Stay informed about scientific developments relevant to the client portfolio.
• Prepare market access dossiers, ensuring compliance with current regulations and client commitments.
• Develop price and reimbursement assessments, applications, and submissions for Benelux dossiers, providing support for France if necessary.
• Participate in client meetings to address and resolve issues, collaborating with other teams for additional guidance if needed.
• Actively engage in internal project team meetings and contribute proactively.
• Participate in audits or hearings related to dossiers.
• Assist in archiving activities.
• Adhere to relevant quality procedures.

Requirements

• Hold a pharmacist diploma, scientific master’s degree, or a specialized bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in market access, including project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch Market Access process/ market.
• Content-related experience in several areas of market access.
• Proficient in English and either Dutch or French.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory requirements for medicinal products.
• Autonomous work style, flexibility, dedication, and high-quality standards.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and intrinsic motivation.
• Ability to manage one or more projects with limited guidance.
• Diplomacy and ability to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to identify issues and propose potential solutions within the area of expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office.
