Manutentore – Elettricista Industriale

Il Manutentore elettrico esegue interventi di manutenzione elettrica, a carattere preventivo o su chiamata per guasto, ed effettua attività di assistenza, al fine di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei macchinari/impianti (serbatoi, miscelatori…) destinati alla produzione e consentire il normale svolgimento delle lavorazioni.

Attività: 

• Effettuare test diagnostici per valutare lo stato operativo del macchinario e riconoscere le principali anomalie elettriche e cause di guasto;
• Correlare i parametri elettrici di esercizio (assorbimento, tensione, ecc.) con lo stato di salute della macchina/impianto;
• Organizzare e ottimizzare con il team di manutenzione (meccanici) le diverse fasi di lavoro;
• Comprendere gli schemi elettrici di una macchina/impianto industriale (con e senza PLC);
• Eseguire scollegamenti elettrici per interventi meccanici, revisioni complete, o interventi complessi, su macchine di produzione ferme;
• Effettuare piccole operazioni di setup e taratura elettrica delle macchine/impianti industriali in avviamento;
• Assistere l’operatore di macchina nella messa a punto elettrica della macchina/impianto;
• Effettuare procedure di messa fuori servizio di impianti complessi mediante procedura di de-energizzazione (Lock out tag out);
• Aggiornare la documentazione di manutenzione elettrica dei macchinari/impianti presenti nella fabbrica;

Requisiti:

• Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico come Perito elettrico- elettronico
• Esperienza di circa 5 anni come tecnico/manutentore in aziende di produzione/fabbriche
• Conoscenza degli elementi di impiantistica industriale e linee di produzione o confezionamento
• Comprensione di schemi elettrici con e senza PLC con base di robotica e meccatronica
• Abilitazione PEI
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 8:00-17:00) e di sabato con rotazione con reperibilità notturna a chiamata 1 settimana al mese
