We respect individual differences and help each other meet deadlines as a team.Job DescriptionJoin our production team, which consists of five production lines that manufacture preclinical, clinical, and commercial products for a diverse range of clients. Our team comprises dedicated professionals, including technicians and academics, who collaborate with various partners, such as QA, QC, and Development.As a technician, you will be involved in planning and executing different steps in the production process, including protein purification and equipment setup.Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and operating equipment (e.g., SUM systems, columns, filters, Äkta Ready systems)
  • Executing processes such as HETP, chromatography, and filtration (Nano & UF/DF filtration)
  • Sampling and documentation
  • Preparing production rooms and systems before and after production
  • Participating in the qualification, maintenance, control, and calibration of equipment
  • Ensuring high-quality batch documentation in collaboration with QA/QC
  • Supporting the delivery of products to the next stage of production

Areas of FocusWe are looking for technicians in the following main areas:

  • Microbial Production
  • Mammalian Production

Within these main areas, you could be working in one or more of the following sub-areas:

  • Upstream Processing
  • Cultivation of cells
  • Media preparation
  • Bioreactor operation
  • Downstream Processing
  • Protein purification
  • Filtration
  • Chromatography
  • Solution Preparation
  • Buffer preparation
  • Media and solution mixing
  • Sterilization

  • Hold a relevant degree in a scientific or technical field
  • Are interested in equipment maintenance and instrumentation

  • Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Can handle unpredictability and work effectively in a dynamic environment

It would be an advantage:

  • Having 1+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or related industry, preferably in a cGMP environment
  • Have experience with protein purification and chromatography using systems like Äkta Ready or Process
