POSITION SUMMARY

Cereal Partners UK, a powerful alliance between Nestlé and General Mills, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to join our dedicated team in Staverton, Wiltshire. As a member of our manufacturing team, you will carry out a wide range of duties associated with the manufacturing of breakfast cereals, from the early stages of the production process through to dispatch.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER

Duties and responsibilities include:

• To contribute towards the efficient and safe production of breakfast cereals, with minimum waste, achieving predefined quality standards in line with the production schedule and striving to continuously improve our operations.

• Ensuring a clean line making sure it meets the required hygiene standards • Ensuring your line meets all necessary production standards for efficient production

• Recording quality checks to ensure compliance to joining focus groups to eliminate root cause issues and make continuous improvements.

• It is expected that all colleagues have a safety mindset and contribute to our factory safety programmes.

• We set high standards to deliver a quality product as we strive to Make Breakfast Better. Safety in our factory is our priority, we care about our colleagues and continue to make their work safer

and easier, your contribution will be to take responsibility for your area and follow the guidelines.

• Good level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately and consistently
