A day in the Life:

  • Lead and supervise sterile manufacturing operations to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Monitor production schedules and determine resource needs to meet ambitious targets.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing role.

  • Supervisory experience in a sterile production environment.

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to sterile conditions. Standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 kg may be required.
