Manufacturing Process Engineer in Louvain-Neuve, Belgium

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:• Be a safety role model and support safety program in the all site organization• Develop the “right the first time” concept and propose action plans based on high-quality root cause analysis• Challenge manufacturing processes to support the site performances (productivity, yield)• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, reliability and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high safety and quality standards.• Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and specifications for production new equipements.• Be a clear driver for process efficiency management in the field of manufacturing by achieving defined objectives
