We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Leader to join our team and oversee the marking technology operations. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

What you will do:

-Lead and manage the marking technology manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
-Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
-Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
-Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality production output.
-Optimize manufacturing processes and resolve any issues.
-Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
-Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
-Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support overall manufacturing goals.
 

What you need to have:

-Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with marking technology.
-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills..
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level)
