You have strong communication skills and the ability to translate data analyses into actionable initiatives. You are passionate about working with lean and people change management and thrive in a dynamic international pharmaceutical environment.About the RoleAs our Continuous Improvement Lead you have an important role in our manufacturing function, and you are responsible for driving operational and cross-functional lean improvements of our processes, ways of working and systems along with systematic continuous improvement. You head change initiatives including value chain stakeholder management and solve complex departmental challenges.Key Responsibilities
Acting as a project manager and facilitator, you will lead optimization and change projects both in manufacturing and cross-functionally. You will provide training to strengthen lean capabilities within the organization and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure manufacturing goals are met.Additionally, you will implement lean tools such as visual management, problem-solving, and waste identification to improve efficiency. Coaching and facilitating performance meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. You will analyze large data sets to find opportunities for improvement and develop processes to support these initiatives.Qualifications
