In doing so, you will need the capabilities to:Help bringing strategy into action by using your excellent problem solving skills transforming strategic big bets into actionable implementation plansMake value proposition from the strategic initiatives clear and concrete by using business cases, OKR framework or other appropriate value frameworkSupport building a holistic transformation approach which ensures solid program fundamentals as well as smooth change orchestrationBuild insights from relevant data gathering and put them into play making the implementation solid and robustCo-drive projects or workstreams ensuring pace and impact in deliverables, milestones, and relevant change interventionsEngage and constructively challenge partners involved in the implementationPlay your part in our team succeedingThe Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development, cross functional transformation and value realisation, working on major strategic priorities for the company.We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and transformational topics.The Transformation Team is a diverse team with backgrounds in consulting and / or industry in strategy & transformation acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.Do you have what it takes?Your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organisation. Similarly, your excellent project & change capabilities drive you to prioritize efficiently and thrive in a project-based, collaborative team environment! Moreover, you come with:3+ years’ experience in management consultancy or 4-5+ years’ experience in an internal FMCG transformation departmentConsistent track record of successful delivery or co-delivery of pivotal initiativesA strong transformational toolbox containing various transformation methodologies, e.g. agile and classical approaches and change practicesAbility to translate strategy into execution-able roadmapsProven communication and partner engagement skills and strong ability to navigate in complex organisational environmentGreat teammate with ability to learn fastApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
