Summary:The Benelux Consulting Manager will lead a consulting business area dedicated to driving growth and maximizing revenue in the Benelux region. This role involves defining strategies, developing resources, and ensuring effective delivery of solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will achieve results through clear business planning, effective business development, and collaborative implementation.Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with the goals of the Benelux consulting practice.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving practice objectives.
- Lead a diverse team that may include services such as implementation, management consulting, business development, and marketing.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding their responsibilities and growth opportunities through training and performance management.
- Create and maintain resources that support standardized solution delivery to clients.
- Work with divisional leaders to track progress toward goals and collaborate with delivery and sales teams on business alignment.
- Represent the organization professionally and ensure fair and ethical practices within the team.
- Maintain high-quality service delivery through strong leadership and accountability.
- Manage both quantitative and qualitative metrics to ensure financial performance meets objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide thought leadership in consulting.
- Ensure compliance with divisional policies and procedures, including quality assurance and project closeout.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and oversight at local and regional levels to deliver quality products and services.
- Collaborate with management to set strategic directions and priorities for the Benelux division.
- Participate in decision-making processes to achieve business objectives effectively.
- Establish an infrastructure for successful collaboration, including regular meetings and communication.
- Develop and promote fixed-price products and services aligned with company initiatives.
- Represent consulting services at relevant conferences and forums to showcase offerings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience in managing consulting teams.
- Strong background in business development and packaged services, particularly in vertical software markets.
- Experience leading teams with financial and performance responsibilities.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Deep understanding of the Benelux market and experience managing clients in this region.
- Strong understanding of analytical systems and how to effectively deliver these to clients.
- Knowledge of relevant technology disciplines and solutions in consulting.
