Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the EMEA Omni- Channel Strategy & Planning team, sitting within the broader Marketing & CIX team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and strategic financial analysis within EMEA Marketing.

The successful Manager will explore performance data to identify key insights and opportunities to accelerate the business. The position wil suit a highly numerate person who is excitde about deep diving into complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations. The role will work closely with other teams within the Marketing team, as well as key functions in the wider business, such as Finance and Retail Planning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive performance and efficiency.
• Fiscal, quarterly and monthly forecasting and budgeting
• Key partner to Retail Planning team, aligning expectations with key stakeholders
• R&O scenario modelling to maximise sales and margin
• Strong presentation and communication style in order to communicate recommendations to multiple levels of management
• Strategic Planning
• Partner with CIX and Marketing teams to maximise ROI on marketing activity
• Support CIX and Marketing teams on outreach strategy in order to drive ‘Return on..’
• Team Management
• Manage team of 2 analysts

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Essential experience in Adobe Analytics, BI and Microsoft Office
• Strategic Analystical thinker
• Experience working and manipulating large data sets
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
