The newly established Department Site Construction Management is part of the area Construction, Site HSE and Commissioning & Qualification department. Together we make sure that we execute our construction & commissioning projects in a safe and predictable way and the team is growing from day to day.Together with the Senior Manager Søren Ulslev the new Manager in the department Site Construction Management, will constitute the go-to-person management team. Today the department consists of 30 Construction Managers (FTE) and 30 consultants on different levels and experience.We are aiming for developing the best and most professional team of Construction Managers working under the best conditions and with top level of tools and processes. In the new Manager role, you are going to play an important and visible role in making the best working place based on openness and trust and good values. As Manager of Site Construction and HSE we expect you to:

• Develop and support Construction Managers on different levels, doing project excellence in Site construction management and “second to none” leadership
• Manage and lead our top consultants to deliver best Site Construction Management
• Recruit top Construction Managers
• Support and develop systems and procedures within site management, construction management, construction planning, plan of resources, time, and economy according to customer requirements and expectations and secure fulfilment of plans
• Use exceptional stakeholder management skills, honed over years of experience, to build and coordinate customer relationships at local site, promoting a culture of respect and understanding
• Ensure project compliance and ensure that the NNE quality system, standards, and methods, including Our Model, are the basis for execution
• Facilitate and lead by example by involving the Constructions Managers and stakeholders in developing tools, methods, and processes around specific cases, “best practice” and “lessons learned”
• Work out of Kalundborg with regular visits to our Head Office in Virum and sites in the Copenhagen area

• Have years of experience in the field of construction HSE & commissioning that have equipped you with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges

• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experienced in using 4D/ 5D tools and are excited about developing our digital tools within our site construction management

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience with line and project management
• Demonstrate management skills in managing, mentoring and coaching employees – from graduate to senior employees
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in site management (Site HSE, Construction, Commissioning), preferably from pharma & biotech industries and you have a pronounced safety mindset
• Experience in setting up and developing of system and process within our area. Scheduling of construction and commissioning, system for managing of temporary work and installations etc.
• Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written
• A proven track record in leading change projects
