The position
As a manager, you will be responsible for Cloud Infrastructure Security and Digital Workplace security functional areas which includes management of technologies such as cloud security posture management, cloud access security broker services, SaaS security posture management, M365 security management, Conditional Access, email security and DMARC security services.

Key Responsibilities:

-You and your team will provide subject matter expertise in all areas relating to secure configuration of cloud and digital workplace services
-Act as a liaison to Global IT Operations and Security fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, ensuring alignment with business needs and Novo Nordisk’s risk profile
-Ensure effective support for incident response and cloud security operations
-Promote continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across cloud security and digital workplace security teams, including joint training programs
-Responsible for day-to-day people management, performance, and development of employees within your team
 

By motivating and supporting employees through collaborative decision-making and ongoing prioritization, you will play an active role in setting direction for the team, identifying and managing innovation activities, and contributing to initiatives, alignment, and projects across the area. Additionally, you will empower employees and develop talents while driving and supporting the implementation of strategic long-term cross-organisational people-related initiatives, such as mental wellbeing or critical competency development.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

-Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Technology. Relevant certifications are a plus
-Have fundamental IT and Security understanding to best communicate with security architects and management
-Maintain the oversight of the portfolio of security technology and services used to ensure an appropriate level of security for Novo Nordisk across all business units worldwide
-High degree of stakeholder management across business and IT department in relation to ongoing projects, as well as the ability to work across geographic regions
-Manage budgets including forecasting and reporting, as well as a portfolio of security technology and services ensuring highly effective technology that meets service level
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills along with experience in risk management and compliance. Familiarity with tools such as Service Now and Azure DevOps (ADO) is essential. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for effective communication. Please note that this position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.

The Global Information Security organisation is mandated to secure Novo Nordisk IT landscape. You will be employed in Global Security Operations that consists of teams in Denmark, USA and India.
