Our department is dedicated to building some of the largest pharmaceutical facilities in Denmark, utilizing the latest technologies.As a Manager of AIT Project Management, you will play a crucial role in our large Novo Nordisk project portfolio, ensuring excellent project governance and successful team collaboration. You will lead a team of over 35 highly skilled project managers, focusing on customer deliveries and creating a positive working environment.Our team comprises Project Managers with expertise in Process Automation, SCADA, IT/OT, and software development. We believe in fostering good working conditions, taking care of our employees, and achieving success as a team. Our project execution methodologies include PMP, SCRUM, and eSAFE, tailored to meet our customers’ needs.Location Virum or Kalundborg Department AIT Project Management

As a Manager of AIT Project Management, you’ll:
- Continuously ensure the team has the right mix of skills and resources aligned with our growth strategy and project pipeline.
- Build trust and maintain high levels of employee and customer satisfaction through your proven leadership and motivational feedback.
- Drive department initiatives and ensure employee objectives are met.
- Oversee project plans and ensure timely delivery within agreed schedules.
- Occasionally take on smaller assignments as a Project Manager when needed.
- Maintain a focus on Project Management processes within AIT, ensuring awareness and continuous improvement.

- A bachelor’s degree or a similar relevant technical background.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a people manager of a Project Management team or technical specialists.
- A solid background as a Project Manager.
- Preferably, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in both English and Danish, written and spoken.
